Martina A. Brosnahan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Brosnahan advises public clients on a variety of matters, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, general securities law, and corporate law. She has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings under the Securities Act of 1933. She also regularly counsels issuers in connection with reporting compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Ms. Brosnahan earned her J.D. from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Barnard College of Columbia University in 1997.
