Olivier Kodjo is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Kodjo's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions for an international clientele across a wide range of industries that include automotive, IT, defense, and aerospace. He also advises both domestic and international clients on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and company law issues.
Mr. Kodjo received his Leveraged Acquisitions and Finance Certificate from the ESCP-EAP, European School of Management in 2005. He earned his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law in 1999 and his D.E.S.S., with distinction, from Université de Paris V Paris Descartes in 1998. He also received his Maîtrise, with distinction, in business and tax law from Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 1997. Mr. Kodjo is fluent in French and English.
