Kimberly A. Taylor is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. A member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and the Securities Practice, Ms. Taylor advises corporations and private equity funds in a variety of transactional and securities law matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity offerings, venture capital investments, and general corporate law matters.

Ms. Taylor represents public and private buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions. She also represents issuers in initial and subsequent public equity offerings, as well in debt offerings, including Rule 144A and public offerings. In addition, she advises clients on governance, disclosure, securities law compliance, and transactional matters, as well as general corporate matters.

Ms. Taylor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
