W. Preston Tollinger is a counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Tollinger's practice focuses on corporate and financial law, particularly relating to cross-border transactions with Europe. Mr. Tollinger handles issues pertaining to securities, other financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, infrastructure projects and corporate and commercial law. Tax advantaged structures, acquisition financings and post-acquisition disputes are major components of his practice.

Mr. Tollinger represents U.S. companies doing business in Europe and public and private European industrial and service companies doing business in the U.S. These include major Italian companies with activities in defense, aerospace, energy, transportation, telecommunications and the Internet.
