Margit E. Anderson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Anderson represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis in employment discrimination litigation. Her experience includes individual and class action litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and other federal employment laws.
Ms. Anderson received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2006, where she was active in several student organizations and was also a member of the Northwestern Law Trial Team. She received her B.A. in philosophy and psychology from Emory University in 2000.
Ms. Anderson is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
