Peter S. Park

Associate

Peter S. Park is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Park focuses his practice on emerging growth companies and has advised clients with respect to numerous venture financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate governance matters within the technology industry.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Park was an associate in the Palo Alto office of a large international law firm and, more recently, served as in-house counsel to Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. in San Jose.

Mr. Park earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000. He earned his B.A. in Spanish and his B.S. in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona in 1995.

Mr. Park is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
