Aniya M. Dunkley is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Dunkley was a litigation attorney for the National Security Agency. Her work included litigating Title VII employment discrimination cases and advising on criminal cases related to national security matters. Ms. Dunkley also has served as an officer in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corp.
Ms. Dunkley received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001, where she served as an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Ms. Dunkley received Best Oralist in the Quarterfinal Round at the Pace Law School National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in 2001. She received her M.S.W. in social policy and planning from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997 and her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1994.
