Victoria J. Miller is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms Miller’s practice focuses on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on construction law matters. Ms. Miller represents clients in construction defect and delay claims, product failure and commercial contract claims. She has represented clients at trial in construction defect and fraud claims, resulting in favorable client outcomes. She also represents clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
In addition to her construction practice, Ms. Miller represents clients in mass toxic tort litigation and national serial litigation involving theories focused on product liability, toxic tort, and intentional tort liability. She also has represented clients in class action, commercial contract, and intellectual property claims.
Ms. Miller received the firm’s Pro Bono Services Award in 2003 for her work in successfully advocating for a high school student’s rights pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act.
Ms. Miller received her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 1999. While in law school, she was the state constitutional law editor for The Rutgers Law Journal. She received her B.S. in medical technology from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1975.
Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
