Terrence L. Dugan is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Dugan currently focuses on domestic and international finance, construction and development, syndicated bank lending, workouts, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the energy and media sectors. He also has substantial experience with complex multi-jurisdictional financings, high-yield securities offerings, structured finance, and lease finance.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Dugan was general counsel, Europe, and deputy general counsel for Global Crossing Ltd. He was also responsible for all European legal affairs for more than fifty subsidiaries during Global Crossing's Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Before joining Global Crossing, Mr. Dugan was a senior counsel at a leading New York law firm, practicing in the areas of project finance and lease finance.

Mr. Dugan is admitted to practice in New York. He is a member of the Project Finance Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
