Lewis M. Csedrik is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Mr. Csedrik's practice focuses on litigation before the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and state and federal courts. Recent representations have included litigation on behalf of utilities in whistleblower proceedings before the DOL, NRC, and various state and federal regulatory agencies.
In addition to representing clients in litigation, Mr. Csedrik has performed numerous investigations into allegations of discrimination and intentional wrongdoing. He also advises clients on CERCLA, RCRA, and other environmental statutes and regulations.
Mr. Csedrik was a summer associate for Morgan Lewis in Washington, D.C. and interned at the National Trust for Historic Preservation through Morgan Lewis's Public Interest and Community Service Program. Before entering law school, he worked at a coldwater conservation organization where he assisted with hydroelectric relicensing and decommissioning matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Mr. Csedrik is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Connecticut.
