Amber M. Rogers is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Rogers focuses her practice on defending management in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, noncompete agreements, harassment, retaliation, wrongful terminations, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with various state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rogers was a labor and employment associate at a leading international law firm.
Ms. Rogers received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2006, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Achievement Award in Advanced Criminal Defense and served as a notes editor for The Review of Litigation. She received her B.A., cum laude, in political science from Trinity University in 2003.
