Mark S. Dichter is chair of Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. For more than 40 years, Mr. Dichter has represented and counseled major multinational employers in a full spectrum of employment law issues, including complex employment discrimination class actions, high-profile sexual harassment cases, nationwide wage and hour litigation, employee benefits class actions, and whistleblower cases. Mr. Dichter also counsels and represents multinational employers with respect to international employment issues.

Mr. Dichter has represented employers in litigation with the EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor, and OFCCP at the national and regional levels and has served as counsel for major corporations in numerous industries, law firms, and the State of Oregon in high-profile class actions and other significant employment litigation.

Mr. Dichter has been named by the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers as the leading employment lawyer in the world for the past three years. He was named by Human Resources Executive and Lawdragon as one of the 10 most powerful employment attorneys in America and by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America. Chambers USA has consistently listed Mr. Dichter in its highest tier stating "peers and clients see him as the go-to lawyer for complex employment litigation."

Mr. Dichter is former chair of the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section and is a founding fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a founding board member of the American Employment Law Council. Mr. Dichter regularly speaks at national and international programs on employment law issues.

Mr. Dichter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. He is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.
