Kizzy L. Rosenblatt is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Rosenblatt focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, work-outs, restructuring, debtor-in-possession financing, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy litigation. She has been involved in the representation of debtors, secured lenders, and other significant parties in large bankruptcy cases.

Ms. Rosenblatt received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2007, where she was a notes and articles editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University in 2004.
