Darryl E. Pinsker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Pinsker's practice focuses on leveraged and acquisition financings and restructurings. He has represented agents in syndicated credit facilities, borrowers, hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate investment trusts in a variety of lending transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Pinsker worked at a prominent international law firm.
Mr. Pinsker received his J.D. from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002 and his B.S. from Syracuse University in 1999.
