Rebecca L. Jewell

Rebecca L. Jewell is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Jewell represents life science and technology companies in venture capital and other financing transactions; in the negotiation and structuring of licensing and other complex collaborations; in corporate partnering arrangements, strategic alliances, and supply and distribution arrangements; and in co-promotions and joint ventures. She also represents privately and publicly held companies regarding a range of business matters, including general business law, securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Jewell earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she clerked for Judge Mary C. Jacobson of the New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer County Vicinage. Ms. Jewell earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration from The College of New Jersey in 2004.

Ms. Jewell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
