Anand S. Shah is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Shah was an associate at a national law firm, where he also focused on general business and finance issues. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Shah was an associate at Ernst & Young, where he advised clients on issues related to financial and technological risk.

Mr. Shah earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University Law School in 2007 and his B.S. in accounting and information systems from Boston College in 2002. He is fluent in Gujarati and English.

Mr. Shah is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
