Charles E. Engros Jr. is the Managing Partner of the firm responsible for its international practice. He is also the leader of the firm's Business and Finance Practice and the Managing Partner of New York office. Mr. Engros focuses his practice on corporate law, primarily in the areas of international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, and U.S. securities law compliance. He frequently advises foreign-based companies on acquisitions and financings in the United States and other cross-border issues involving England and the United States.

Mr. Engros is a frequent author and speaker on M&A trends and financings and foreign investment in the United States. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including media and consumer products companies, as well as banks and securities industry professionals.

Before joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Engros was a partner at the New York firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith.

Mr. Engros is admitted to practice in New York.
