Corinne A. Niosi is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Niosi's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors. Her experience has also involved a variety of other areas of complex business and commercial litigation in the federal courts, including FDA-related litigation, Hatch-Waxman litigation, qui tam healthcare fraud, criminal environmental investigations, and Federal Circuit appeals.
Most recently, Ms. Niosi was on the trial team in a patent infringement jury trial involving human allograft technology, which resulted in a verdict for the firm's client, and participated in the litigation of a patent infringement case relating to semiconductor and computer technology, which also resulted in a jury verdict for the firm's client.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Niosi clerked for Judge Kollar-Kotelly at both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
Ms. Niosi earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1995, where she was an associate editor for the Catholic University Law Review and received the Otis M. Smith Award for outstanding contribution to the Catholic University Law Review. She earned her B.A. from Fairfield University in 1992.
Ms. Niosi is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
