Shannon R. Slotnick is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Slotnick participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she worked for the University of Southern California in the Office of the General Counsel.

Ms. Slotnick received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009 and her B.A., with high honors, in communication and law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2005.

Ms. Slotnick is admitted to practice in California.
