Tatyana Litovsky is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Litovsky focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis in sales, acquisitions, and financing. Ms. Litovsky's practice also includes the representation of institutional landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial properties.

Ms. Litovsky received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2004. Before attending law school, Ms. Litovsky worked as a psychotherapist. She earned her M.A. in clinical psychology from Antioch University in 1997 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995.
