Robert A. Particelli is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Particelli's practice focuses on class actions and commercial litigation, especially in the technology and automotive industries. He has handled a variety consumer fraud class-action lawsuits in more than 15 states in federal and state courts in the past five years.

Mr. Particelli earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998 and his B.A., summa cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University in 1995.

Mr. Particelli is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
