Sarah-Jane Mirou is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Mirou focuses her practice on individual and collective litigation, developing and implementing restructuring schemes, mass redundancies, relations with staff representatives, staff representative elections, working time, and virtually every type of labor and employment issue.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mirou worked for more than three years at a well-reputed law firm focusing on labor and employment law. She began her professional career with a long-term traineeship for an Internet company.
Ms. Mirou received her C.A.P.A. from the Centre Régional de Formation Professionelle des Avocats in 2004; her D.E.S.S. de droit européen des affaires from the Université de Paris V Descartes in 2003; her LL.M. in general legal studies from the University of Reading, England in 2002; and her Maîtrise de droit des affaires and D.E.J.A. 2 de droit anglo-américain from the Université de Paris X Nanterre in 2002. Ms. Mirou is fluent in French and English.
