Julie H. McCloud is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. McCloud advises clients with respect to the design and administration of qualified retirement benefit plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements. She also assists clients with employee benefits and executive compensation matters arising in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. McCloud was an associate in the employee benefits group of a large international law firm in Chicago.

Ms. McCloud earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2004, where she also served as a note and comment editor for The Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. She earned her A.B., magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2000.

Ms. McCloud is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
