Anthony T. Fratianne is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. He focuses on real estate transactions and related areas, including the leasing, financing, development, and disposition of commercial, retail, and residential properties. Mr. Fratianne also has an extensive background in land use and zoning matters and regularly handles real estate matters for high-net-worth individuals and estates and trusts.

Our real estate attorneys regularly assist clients in a variety of real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions and development, REITs and realty joint ventures, taxation, retail leasing, zoning, and land use. In addition to handling all aspects of commercial real estate law, we serve several niche areas. Morgan Lewis is nationally recognized for our telecommunications, retail, and institutional focus; our emphasis on multifamily and commercial finance; and our experience with the hospitality industry, country clubs, and resorts. The breadth and depth of our services, and our ability to handle complex, multidisciplinary real estate matters for U.S. and international clients of any size, sets Morgan Lewis apart from other real estate practices.

Mr. Fratianne is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Young Professionals Network of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and the Young Friends of Philadelphia Seaport Museum.

Mr. Fratianne received his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and his B.S. in business from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1998.
