Christopher K. Ramsey is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Ramsey's practice includes defending employers in employment discrimination, employment contract and labor proceedings before federal and state courts, arbitration panels and administrative agencies. He also counsels employers for compliance with federal, state and local labor and employment laws related to discipline, discharge, layoffs, restrictive covenants, privacy rights and other personnel decisions. Another aspect of his practice is conducting workplace training on topics such as sexual harassment prevention, diversity, ADA and FMLA compliance and union avoidance. He is a frequent contributor to employment law publications and speaker on labor and employment law issues.

Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
