J.J. Broderick is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. He is the head of corporate real estate and has represented corporations in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the country. Mr. Broderick regularly represents developers, owners, operators, investors, and users in all aspects of real estate, including land acquisition, finance, construction, leasing, and sales. Mr. Broderick has led mortgage conduit lending practices.

Mr. Broderick is the leader of Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Workout subpractice. He has represented real estate lenders and borrowers in complex workouts and restructurings. Mr. Broderick has also represented creditors and debtors in large, complex, national bankruptcies.

Mr. Broderick has lectured on real estate finance, equity, construction documents, and senior living development at the Practising Law Institute in New York City; has appeared as a real estate expert on Court TV; has been published in The New York Law Journal, The Charlotte Business Journal, and Mortgage Banking; and has been quoted in The New York Times Real Estate Section.

Mr. Broderick is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina.
