Matthew S. Draper is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Draper was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of another international law firm.

Mr. Draper received his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2006, where he was editor in chief for the Penn State International Law Review, recipient of the Richard Reeve Baxter Award, and a Dean's Scholar. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University in 2003.

Mr. Draper is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
