Carrie J. Rief

Carrie J. Rief is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Rief represents private equity funds both in fund formation and investments, and she provides counsel to investment banks, universities, and institutional investors in a variety of private investment funds.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rief was a corporate associate at a large, international law firm.

Ms. Rief received her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2004 and her B.A., cum laude, in American literature from Middlebury College in 1999.

Ms. Rief is admitted to practice in Texas and New York.
