Melissa D. Hill is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hill was an associate in the litigation practice of a prestigious Philadelphia law firm, where she represented clients in complex litigation matters.

Ms. Hill earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, where she was a recipient of the James Wilson Scholarship and the Public Service Award. She also served as a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and as a clinical intern in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. She earned her B.S. from the University of Delaware in 2001.

Ms. Hill is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
