Ann Marie Reding is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Reding represents management in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. These matters include wage and hour class action litigation; employment litigation involving issues of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment; traditional labor law matters; and employment counseling.
Ms. Reding has represented management before California state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the California Labor Commissioner, and other various state administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Reding was an associate in the labor and employment practice of an international law firm.
Ms. Reding received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2003, where she was a notes and comments editor for the U.C. Davis Law Review. In 2001, she served as a judicial extern to Judge D. Lowell Jensen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She received her B.A. from Columbia University in 2000, where she was named to the Dean's List.
Ms. Reding is admitted to practice in California and before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
