Brian M. Schenker is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent major corporations, regional and national developers, REITs, private equity funds, institutional lenders, investors, pension funds and advisers, and special servicers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate.

Mr. Schenker received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2008 and his B.A., with University honors, in humanities and social sciences from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003.

Mr. Schenker is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
