Alexis Reisin Miller is an associate in Morgan Lewis's FDA/Healthcare Regulation Practice. Her practice is focused primarily on regulatory issues pertaining to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and foods/food additives, including product development, manufacturing, and marketing. Additionally, Ms. Miller has advised clients on regulatory issues relating to indirect food and drug additives, and she has had significant experience with regulatory aspects of product liability litigation involving pharmaceutical products.
Ms. Miller's experience also includes advising clients on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer protection matters, including Internet sales and related regulation, as well as counseling clients in matters before the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Miller served as in-house counsel at a Washington, D.C.-based biotechnology consulting firm that provides pharmaceutical product development and product management services to a range of industry clients.
Ms. Miller earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2003 and her B.A., with honors, in international business and international relations from New York University in 1999.
Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
