Marisa Fortunati

Associate

Marisa Fortunati is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Fortunati practiced securities litigation and arbitration in London, where she coordinated litigation for U.S. clients, worked on the largest International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes arbitration to date, and handled various IPOs and mergers for international corporations with interests in the United States. Prior to working in London, Ms. Fortunati practiced securities litigation and international arbitration in California. She has also worked on cases involving intellectual property and voting rights.

Ms. Fortunati received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003, where she earned the Hilmer Oehlmann, Jr. Award for Excellence in research and writing. She is a 1998 honors graduate of Harvard College, where she studied history and literature, with a focus on Latin America. Ms. Fortunati is fluent in English and Spanish.
