Alison Tanchyk Dante is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Ms. Dante’s practice is concentrated in the representation of companies and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation, criminal investigations, and compliance and regulatory matters. She has defended a number of companies and individuals in civil litigation and criminal investigations involving antitrust, healthcare fraud, tax fraud, securities fraud, and other various business frauds.
Ms. Dante earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Dante worked as an intern for Judge Jan E. DuBois of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Judge Bruce I. Fox of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her M.A. from St. Peter’s College in 2000 and her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 1998.Ms. Dante serves as a Hearing Committee Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Inglis Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to working with people with disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue life goals.
Ms. Dante is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
