Michael Cole is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Cole served as a law clerk to Judge Peter W. Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to Judge Kevin T. Duffy of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Cole earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2003 and his B.S. from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2000.
