Natalia Medina is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Medina's practice focuses on the defense and trial of products liability, toxic torts, mass tort, and general commercial litigation. Ms. Medina also has defended complex employment litigation matters in federal, state, and Puerto Rico courts. She represents clients in matters that involve class and collective actions; catastrophic personal injury lawsuits involving a wide variety of products that range from naturally occurring minerals, such as asbestos and silica, to industrial machinery and automobiles; lawsuits involving race, national origin, sex, disability, age, and pregnancy discrimination; and wrongful termination claims.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Medina worked as a Morgan Lewis summer associate.

Ms. Medina earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2006. While in law school, she was vice president of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court team and the Law College Council, a teacher assistant for the Trial Practice class, a participant in the 8th Judicial Circuit Public Defender Clinic, and was awarded membership to the National Order of Barristers for her excellence in moot court and appellate advocacy. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in public relations, with a minor in philosophy, from the University of Florida in 2003. Ms. Medina is fluent in Spanish and English.

Ms. Medina is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
