R. Brendan Fee is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Fee focuses his practice on antitrust litigation, including cases that involve allegations of price-fixing, monopolization, group boycotts, price discrimination, and violations of state competition law. Mr. Fee also counsels clients on antitrust and dealer termination issues and has a background in appellate and class action litigation.

In 2008, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Law & Politics magazine identified Mr. Fee as a "Rising Star" in the field of Antitrust Litigation.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Fee was associated with a prominent international law firm, where he represented corporate defendants in a wide variety of antitrust, securities, and intellectual property cases.

Mr. Fee earned his J.D., with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003. He earned his B.A. in literature and political science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2000, where he was a member of Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society.

Mr. Fee is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
