Marianne Hogan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hogan served as a law clerk to Judge Gustavo A. Gelpí of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Ms. Hogan received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. While there, she served as an articles editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and as president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hogan worked as a paralegal at Morgan Lewis. Ms. Hogan received her B.A. in political science and Spanish from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2001. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ms. Hogan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts only and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
