Anne E. Martinez is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Martinez earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate of study in business and public policy from the Wharton School in 2005. While in law school, she was a recipient of the James Wilson Fellowship in corporate law and was editor-in-chief for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She earned her B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 2002.
