Daryl Robertson-Pritchard is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Robertson-Pritchard has represented employers in employment law matters in South Africa and in federal court. She has experience defending individual claims for long-term disability benefits and breach of fiduciary duties cases, including a class action against a major Texas-based hospital group. Ms. Robertson-Pritchard has also counseled national employers on the practicalities of the FMLA and has written articles and seminar papers on developments in this area of employment law.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Robertson-Pritchard was a labor and employment associate at a leading international law firm.
Ms. Robertson-Pritchard received her LL.M., summa cum laude, in labor law from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2000; her LL.B., magna cum laude, from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1997; and her B.A. from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1994.
Ms. Robertson-Pritchard's pro bono involvement includes serving as the outside employment law counsel for the Starfish Charity, an organization dedicated to assisting South African children orphaned or made vulnerable by AIDS.
Ms. Robertson-Pritchard is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and South Africa.
