Charys F. Scotton is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Scotton earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006, where she also received the Certificate of Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business. During law school, she served as an extern with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in political science from California State University, Los Angeles in 2002.
Ms. Scotton is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
