J. Michael Jack is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Finance Practice. Mr. Jack specializes in institutional lending, including corporate credit facilities, project financings, real estate financings, and asset-based loans. He also has significant experience with troubled credits, including workouts and foreclosures. In addition to the foregoing, his areas of expertise include equipment lease transactions and matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code.
