Eric D. Kline is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. Mr. Kline provides general corporate counseling to emerging growth companies from start-up through initial public offering or acquisition. He also speaks frequently on topics including capital raising and strategic partnering.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Kline was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1989–1992 and has practiced in Pittsburgh since 1993. His clients are involved globally in the Internet, software and life sciences industries.
