Barbara I. Antonucci is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Antonucci's practice focuses on the financial services, retail, airline, and technology industries. She has experience in complex wage and hour litigation, individual and class act employment discrimination litigation, and employment counseling. Ms. Antonucci also has experience in bench trials.
Ms. Antonucci has participated in the advice and defense of lawsuits involving numerous FLSA and California wage and hour laws, including issues regarding the proper classification of exempt employees, compliance with the salary basis requirements, record keeping, the determination of hours worked, and the entitlement of vacation and personal time.
Ms. Antonucci earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2000 and her B.A. from Columbia University in 1996. Ms. Antonucci is fluent in Italian.
