Lori E. Terrell is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.

Ms. Terrell earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Terrell worked as an analyst and, later, as a consultant at an international consulting firm, where she focused on management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing solutions. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Howard University in 2000.

Ms. Terrell is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
