Sarah Sandok Rabinovici is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rabinovici worked at a major law firm in New York. She worked on behalf of the first company to lose a grant of amnesty from the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as on other high-profile general commercial litigation. She also assisted a client with a second request under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act.
Ms. Rabinovici earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in anthropology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2002, where she also minored in Spanish.
Ms. Rabinovici is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
