Patrick Rehfield is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Rehfield focuses on the securities and legal aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, ESOPs, and other qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. He has drafted and executed qualified retirement plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Mr. Rehfield also has worked with publicly traded companies, broker-dealers, and the SEC on compliance issues occurring under the Securities Act of '33 and '34 and NASD rules and regulations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Rehfield was an associate at a U.S.-based law firm, where he was a member of their tax section.
Mr. Rehfield earned his LL.M. in securities and finance from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2000, where he served on the Journal of Communications Law and Policy. He earned his B.S. in public affairs and management from Indiana University in 1997.
Mr. Rehfield is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
