Caren Pocino is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Pocino was an associate in the business practice group in the Philadelphia office of a prominent East Coast law firm. In 2002, she earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and her M.B.A., cum laude, with concentrations in finance, e-commerce, and law, from Rutgers University School of Business. She received her B.S. in economics with a concentration in entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 1997.
Ms. Pocino is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
