Matthew S. Menzie is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Menzie's practice focuses on representing clients in federal and state courts in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including the defense of employers and management employees against charges of discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Menzie worked with two nationwide law firms where his practice included commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property litigation, in addition to labor and employment matters.
Mr. Menzie received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was an editor of the UCLA Law Review and a teaching assistant for the head of the clinical writing program. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in history and political science from the honors division of Indiana University, where he was elected into Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Menzie is admitted to practice in California.
