James G. Irving is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Irving was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where he focused his practice on restructuring.

Mr. Irving earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002 and his A.B. in American history from Harvard College in 1995.

Mr. Irving is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
